Welcome to Amnesia Sky Bar, located at Inorbit Mall, Hitech City, Hyderabad (“Amnesia”, “we”, “us”, “our” or “the Venue”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your visit to Amnesia Sky Bar and your use of our website, reservation services, events, promotions, loyalty programmes and other services.

By visiting, entering or making a reservation with Amnesia Sky Bar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

1. Right of Admission

1.1. Entry to Amnesia Sky Bar is subject to the discretion of the management and applicable laws, regulations and venue policies.

1.2. A reservation, booking confirmation, event ticket, invitation or previous visit does not automatically guarantee entry.

1.3. Management reserves the right to refuse entry, restrict admission or ask any guest to leave the premises at any time where permitted by applicable law.

1.4. Entry may be refused for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Failure to meet applicable age requirements.

• Failure to provide valid identification.

• Intoxication or excessive consumption of alcohol.

• Disorderly, aggressive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour.

• Violation of the dress code.

• Possession or suspected possession of prohibited substances or items.

• Breach of these Terms or applicable law.

• Misrepresentation of identity or booking information.

• Security, safety or capacity requirements.

• Any behaviour that may adversely affect the safety, comfort or experience of guests, employees or other persons at the Venue.

1.5. Management reserves the right to make decisions concerning entry and continued access to the Venue in the interest of safety, security and guest experience, subject to applicable law.

1.6. Refusal of entry or removal from the Venue due to a guest’s conduct or failure to comply with these Terms will generally not entitle the guest to a refund, subject to applicable law and the specific terms of the relevant booking or event.

2. Age Requirement & Identification

2.1. Amnesia Sky Bar is an alcohol-serving establishment.

2.2. Guests must be 21 years of age or above to be served or consume alcohol, or such higher age as may be required by applicable law.

2.3. Guests may be required to provide a valid government-issued photo identification document for age verification.

2.4. Amnesia reserves the right to refuse entry or alcohol service where satisfactory proof of age or identity cannot be provided.

2.5. Guests must not purchase, provide, transfer or facilitate the consumption of alcohol by any person who is legally prohibited from consuming alcohol.

2.6. Guests are responsible for ensuring that their conduct complies with all applicable age-related laws and regulations.

3. Alcohol Policy

3.1. Alcohol will be served strictly in accordance with applicable laws, licences and regulations.

3.2. Amnesia reserves the right to refuse or discontinue alcohol service to any guest at its discretion where permitted by law.

3.3. Guests are expected to consume alcohol responsibly.

3.4. Amnesia may refuse further alcohol service to a guest who appears intoxicated, behaves inappropriately or presents a potential safety or security concern.

3.5. Outside alcohol is not permitted inside the Venue unless expressly authorised by management and permitted under applicable law.

3.6. Guests are solely responsible for making appropriate arrangements for transportation and must not drive or operate a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

4. Drugs & Prohibited Substances

4.1. Amnesia Sky Bar follows a strict zero-tolerance policy towards illegal drugs and prohibited substances.

4.2. Possession, consumption, distribution, sale, purchase or use of illegal drugs or prohibited substances in or around the Venue is strictly prohibited.

4.3. Guests found or reasonably suspected to be involved in illegal drug-related activities may be refused entry or immediately asked to leave.

4.4. Amnesia may cooperate with law-enforcement authorities where required or permitted by law.

4.5. Prohibited substances or items may be dealt with in accordance with applicable law and security procedures.

4.6. No refund or compensation will ordinarily be provided where a guest is denied entry or removed because of a violation of this policy, subject to applicable law.

5. Reservations & Table Bookings

5.1. Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only after successful completion of the applicable booking process.

5.2. A reservation is valid only for the date, time, number of guests and other details specified in the booking confirmation.

5.3. Guests are requested to arrive at the Venue on time.

5.4. Tables may be held only for a limited period after the reservation time. Late arrivals may result in the table being released or the reservation being cancelled.

5.5. During peak hours, weekends, special occasions and events, table holding times may be shorter.

5.6. A reservation does not automatically guarantee a particular table, seat, view, section or location unless specifically confirmed by Amnesia in writing.

5.7. Management may reallocate tables or seating arrangements due to operational, safety, capacity or event-related requirements.

5.8. Guests may be required to provide a valid mobile number and other information necessary to process the reservation.

6. Reservation Cancellation & No-Shows

6.1. Reservation cancellation policies may vary depending on the date, event, table category, booking type or applicable offer.

6.2. Where a deposit, booking amount or advance payment has been collected, refunds will be governed by the applicable cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking.

6.3. Failure to arrive for a confirmed reservation without prior cancellation may be treated as a No-Show.

6.4. A No-Show may result in forfeiture of the applicable booking amount, deposit or other benefits, subject to the specific booking terms.

6.5. Repeated No-Shows may result in restrictions on future reservations.

6.6. Amnesia reserves the right to cancel reservations that contain inaccurate, fraudulent or misleading information.

7. Cover Charges, Minimum Spend & Deposits

7.1. Certain dates, events, weekends, special occasions or table categories may have:

• Entry or cover charges.

• Table charges.

• Minimum spend requirements.

• Reservation deposits.

• Event tickets.

• Other applicable fees.

7.2. Applicable charges will be communicated during the reservation or booking process.

7.3. Minimum spend requirements may apply to food and/or beverage purchases as specified at the time of booking.

7.4. A booking deposit does not necessarily constitute additional spend unless specifically stated.

7.5. Cover charges, deposits and minimum spends are subject to the terms communicated for the particular date, event or reservation.

8. Payments, Taxes & Service Charges

8.1. All prices are subject to applicable taxes, government levies and other charges as required by law.

8.2. Service charges, where applicable and legally permissible, will be communicated as part of the billing process.

8.3. Guests are responsible for settling their bills before leaving the Venue.

8.4. Amnesia accepts the payment methods made available by the Venue from time to time.

8.5. Any disputed transaction should be brought to the attention of the management team before leaving the Venue wherever reasonably possible.

9. Discounts & Promotional Offers

9.1. Amnesia may offer promotional discounts, complimentary items, special pricing, event offers, happy hours or other promotional benefits from time to time.

9.2. Every promotion is subject to its own eligibility criteria, validity period and terms.

9.3. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Promotions cannot be combined with other offers.

• Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively.

• Promotions are non-transferable.

• Certain events, dates, menu items or table categories may be excluded.

• Management may limit the number of times a promotion can be used.

9.4. Promotional offers may be changed, suspended or withdrawn subject to applicable law.

9.5. Amnesia reserves the right to cancel promotional benefits where misuse, fraud or manipulation is suspected.

10. Loyalty & Membership Programme

10.1. Amnesia may operate a loyalty or membership programme offering eligible customers points, rewards, discounts, privileges, invitations or other benefits.

10.2. Membership eligibility and benefits may be subject to separate programme rules.

10.3. Loyalty points:

• Have no cash value.

• Cannot ordinarily be exchanged for cash.

• Are non-transferable unless expressly permitted.

• May have an expiry date.

• May not be earned on excluded transactions, promotions or events.

10.4. Amnesia reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, manipulation or violation of these Terms.

10.5. Membership benefits cannot ordinarily be combined with other promotions unless expressly permitted.

10.6. Amnesia reserves the right to modify the Loyalty Programme, including its earning and redemption rules, subject to applicable law.

11. Dress Code

11.1. Amnesia Sky Bar maintains a dress code designed to preserve the ambience and experience of the Venue.

11.2. Guests are expected to dress in smart, stylish and appropriate attire.

11.3. Management reserves the right to refuse entry where a guest’s attire is considered inappropriate for the Venue.

11.4. Unless expressly permitted for a particular event, guests may be refused entry for attire including, but not limited to:

• Beachwear or swimwear.

• Undergarments or clothing intended primarily as sleepwear.

• Sleeveless undershirts/vests.

• Dirty or excessively torn clothing.

• Clothing containing offensive, abusive, discriminatory or inappropriate material.

• Footwear considered unsuitable for the Venue.

• Any attire that management reasonably considers inconsistent with the Venue’s dress standards.

11.5. Dress-code requirements may vary depending on the event, occasion or time of entry.

12. Guest Conduct

12.1. Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, employees, performers, security personnel and management.

12.2. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Fighting or physical altercations.

• Threatening or intimidating behaviour.

• Abusive or offensive behaviour towards staff or guests.

• Harassment.

• Unwanted physical contact.

• Sexual harassment or inappropriate conduct.

• Discriminatory or hateful behaviour.

• Damage to Venue or property belonging to other guests.

• Theft or attempted theft.

• Disorderly behaviour.

• Unauthorised commercial activity.

• Any illegal activity.

12.3. Amnesia maintains a zero-tolerance approach towards violence, harassment and serious misconduct.

12.4. Guests responsible for damage to Venue property may be held responsible for the associated costs, subject to applicable law.

13. Security Checks & Prohibited Items

13.1. For the safety and security of guests and staff, reasonable security checks may be carried out at the entrance or within the Venue, subject to applicable law.

13.2. Guests may be asked to present identification or other information required for security or legal compliance.

13.3. Prohibited items may be refused entry, retained or dealt with in accordance with applicable law and security procedures.

13.4. Guests must comply with reasonable instructions issued by Venue security and management.

14. Personal Belongings

14.1. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting Amnesia.

14.2. Guests should not leave valuables unattended.

14.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amnesia is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings left unattended within the Venue.

14.4. Items found within the Venue may be handed over to management or security in accordance with the Venue’s lost-and-found procedures.

15. Photography, Video & Recording

15.1. Amnesia may photograph, film or record activities within the Venue for security, operational, promotional, marketing or social-media purposes, subject to applicable law.

15.2. By entering the Venue, guests acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in photographs or recordings taken at the Venue.

15.3. Amnesia may use such content for legitimate promotional or marketing purposes in accordance with applicable law.

15.4. Guests who do not wish to be featured prominently in promotional content should inform Venue management where reasonably possible.

15.5. Guests must respect the privacy of other guests and must not photograph, record or publish content involving others in a manner that violates their privacy, dignity or applicable law.

15.6. Commercial photography, professional filming, influencer activity or promotional content creation may require prior written permission from management.

16. Events & Entertainment

16.1. Amnesia may host DJs, artists, performers, live entertainment, themed nights, private events and other special events.

16.2. Event schedules, performers, artists, timings and programming may change without prior notice where circumstances require.

16.3. Certain events may have separate:

• Entry fees.

• Cover charges.

• Minimum spends.

• Table packages.

• Age restrictions.

• Ticketing conditions.

• Dress codes.

16.4. Event-specific terms communicated at the time of booking will apply in addition to these Terms.

16.5. If an event is cancelled or materially changed by Amnesia, any applicable refund or alternative arrangement will be handled according to the event-specific policy and applicable law.

17. Outside Food & Beverages

17.1. Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted inside Amnesia unless expressly approved by management.

17.2. Celebration cakes or similar items may be permitted subject to prior approval and applicable policies or charges.

17.3. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited unless specifically authorised and permitted under applicable law.

18. Children & Minors

18.1. Access to Amnesia may be subject to age restrictions depending on the time, event, licence requirements and applicable law.

18.2. No person below the legally permitted drinking age may be served or permitted to consume alcohol.

18.3. Parents, guardians or accompanying adults are responsible for ensuring that minors comply with applicable Venue rules and laws.

18.4. Certain events or areas may be restricted to guests meeting specific age requirements.

19. Responsible Service of Alcohol

19.1. Amnesia is committed to responsible service of alcohol.

19.2. Staff may refuse further alcohol service to a guest where continued service may create a safety, health, legal or operational concern.

19.3. Guests must respect decisions made by staff regarding responsible alcohol service.

19.4. Guests are encouraged to arrange safe transportation when consuming alcohol.

19.5. Amnesia does not encourage drinking and driving.

20. Health, Safety & Emergency Procedures

20.1. Guests must comply with all reasonable health and safety instructions issued by management, security personnel and staff.

20.2. In an emergency, guests must follow evacuation, fire-safety and other emergency instructions.

20.3. Guests must not interfere with emergency equipment, fire exits, security systems or safety infrastructure.

20.4. Amnesia may restrict access, temporarily close areas or suspend operations where necessary for safety, security, maintenance, government directions or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

21. Right to Cancel or Modify Reservations

21.1. Amnesia reserves the right to cancel, modify, relocate or reschedule a reservation where reasonably necessary due to:

• Private events.

• Operational requirements.

• Safety or security concerns.

• Venue capacity.

• Government restrictions.

• Technical issues.

• Force majeure events.

• Other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Amnesia.

21.2. Where applicable, Amnesia will communicate the change to the guest and provide any remedy required under the applicable booking terms or law.

22. Service Complaints & Feedback

22.1. Amnesia values guest feedback.

22.2. Guests are encouraged to raise any service-related concern with the management team during their visit so that we have a reasonable opportunity to address the issue.

22.3. Complaints may also be submitted through our official communication channels.

22.4. Any refund, compensation, complimentary service or other resolution will be considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to applicable policies and law.

23. Website & Online Information

23.1. Amnesia makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on its website and official communication channels is accurate.

23.2. Menus, prices, events, timings, offers, photographs and availability may change without prior notice.

23.3. Images displayed online may be illustrative and actual food presentation, drinks, seating arrangements, décor or ambience may vary.

23.4. Amnesia reserves the right to correct errors and update website information whenever necessary.

24. Third-Party Platforms

24.1. Amnesia may use third-party platforms for reservations, ticketing, payments, loyalty programmes, communication and other services.

24.2. Use of third-party services may also be subject to the third party’s terms and privacy policies.

24.3. Amnesia shall not be responsible for service interruptions caused solely by third-party systems beyond its reasonable control.

25. Privacy & Personal Information

25.1. Amnesia may collect personal information required for reservations, payments, memberships, loyalty programmes, customer support, security, marketing and other legitimate business purposes.

25.2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

25.3. Guests should refer to our Privacy Policy for further information regarding the collection, use, storage and processing of personal information.

26. Intellectual Property

26.1. All trademarks, logos, brand names, photographs, graphics, designs, written content and other intellectual property appearing on the Amnesia website or official communication channels belong to or are licensed to Amnesia or their respective owners.

26.2. No such content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.

27. Limitation of Liability

27.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amnesia shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from a guest’s visit or use of our services.

27.2. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

27.3. Guests remain responsible for their own conduct, personal belongings and compliance with applicable laws and Venue rules.

28. Indemnity

28.1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, guests agree to be responsible for losses, damages, costs or claims arising directly from their unlawful, negligent, reckless or intentional conduct or their violation of these Terms.

28.2. This clause does not limit any rights or remedies available to guests under applicable law.

29. Force Majeure

29.1. Amnesia shall not be liable for failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, accidents, government orders, civil disturbances, technical failures, power outages, public health emergencies, extreme weather or other force majeure events.

30. Changes to These Terms

30.1. Amnesia may amend or update these Terms from time to time.

30.2. The latest version published on the official Amnesia website shall apply to future visits, reservations and transactions, subject to applicable law.

30.3. Guests are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

31. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

31.1. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

31.2. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

32. Acceptance of Terms

By entering Amnesia Sky Bar, making a reservation, purchasing an event ticket, participating in a promotion or loyalty programme, or using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Amnesia Sky Bar reserves the right to amend, update or modify these Terms from time to time.
